Farhana and Dom’s Asylum Chapel and 100 Barrington wedding in London was quite possibly one of my favourite celebrations of the year. They got married at the beautiful Asylum Chapel before heading to 100 Barrington in Brixton for a huge party with all their favourite people. As a London wedding photographer, I loved capturing their day in my natural, documentary style — and this was definitely a wedding where there was no shortage of things to photograph.
There was so much excitement, happiness and love, along with champagne, cocktails and all the dancing. There were tears, shimmying, butt-dropping, delicious signature cocktails, phenomenal food, crazy-ass groomsmen, an epic beer pong battle, 29-degree heat and, of course, a giant disco ball.
But the best part of the day? Seeing Farhana and Dom completely in love and having the absolute time of their lives with all their favourite people around them. That’s the kind of wedding photography I love most — capturing the real atmosphere, the ridiculous moments and all the little bits of magic that make a wedding uniquely yours.
